WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE BOOKED MY SPA-PARTY?
After you have booked your party with us online, we will send you an acknowledgement email followed by a confirmation email of your booking and therapists details within 24hours.
If you have any special requests we will usually call to confirm the details.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?
Unfortunately not. All bookings and orders are made especially to be delivered to you.
HOW WILL MY TREATMENTS PACKAGE WORK?
On the day your therapist will arrive within a 1hour window frame allowing time to set up before your booked time. The number of therapists will be dependant upon the party size. Smaller parties usually only require one or two therapists.
Your therapist will usually consult with the lead booking person for your party on your chosen treatments and times.
HOW WILL MY SPARTIES PARTY PACKAGE DELIVERY WORK?
Packages will arrive in two parts within your booking slot, where your therapist will arrive separate to your catering/beverages and cake/cupcakes and any other extras or entertainment booked.
CAN I BOOK A PARTY WITHOUT NO BEAUTY TREATMENTS?
Yes, of course, but we would much prefer if you booked the whole spa-party experience.
WHAT EVENTS DO YOU ORGANISE?
We can organise anything from Baby showers to Hen Nights to Fathers Day celebrations.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE LONDON?
We currently do not have an option for you to book outside London on the website. If you can contact us for further enquiries, we would be happy to help.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Any changes can be made to an order within a 2hour booking frame, after this it will be dependant upon the status of your processed order. No Changes can be made to an order after your confirmation email has been sent, usually within 24hours after making your booking.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CATERING AND BEVERAGES OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we can offer other catering package options based upon your dietary requirements, please contact us via email or telephone to discuss your requirements.
CAN I CHOOSE THE DESIGN OF MY CAKE OR CUPCAKES?
If you have a chosen or preferred design of cake or cupcakes please contact us via email or telephone to discuss your further requirements.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
All booking will require a deposit or full payment. If you wish to cancel your booking your deposit or payment will be non-refundable.
